Description:

Our goal is to provide a safe, friendly, family oriented facility for all to enjoy.

Originally constructed in 1929, Lytle Pool went through a series of 3 major renovations between 1992 and 2005. Lytle Pool now holds well over 1,000,000 gallons of water, has over 29,000 sq. ft. of swimming area and is longer than a football field. Our deck space has grown to over 18,000sq.ft. with over 250 lounge chairs for your use. The pool has a zero depth/beach front style entrance over 250 ft. in length, a 125’ long waterslide, 2 smaller water play structures, a lap swim area, and diving boards.

We also allow patrons to bring their own refreshments, although they must be consumed in the designated areas.

We are open daily, during the summer, from school dismissal in the spring until school attendance in the fall.

Season pass sales are available during regular pool business hours. Our cashier staff will be happy to answer your questions and help complete the necessary paperwork.

Weather

Attention:

In the event of bad weather and for the safety of pool patrons, lifeguard staff will take the following precautions.

    Rain:

Clear the pool for 15 minutes. If conditions have not improved the pool will close.

    Lighting:

Immediately clear and close the pool for the remainder of the session. (If weather improves we will attempt to reopen at 4:00pm. If closure is after 4:00pm we will open the following day)
No refunds due to weather. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Supervision:

Supervision of your children is your responsibility.

Our lifeguards are not babysitters. Their job is to watch for and respond to emergency situations and to do their best to prevent those events from happening. Water is dangerous and a situation can occur in the blink of an eye. For that reason we expect all children to be accompanied and supervised at all time while visiting the pool. Please understand this is for their safety.
