How do you become a Lifeguard?

• Courses can be taken Christmas break or over 3 weekends at Sullivan Civic Center or the YMCA in Mattoon.
• You may call Sullivan Civic Center (217) 728-4541 or the YMCA (217) 234-9494 for more information.
• Add your name to our list by filling out the form below! It takes 6 people for the course to take place.
